For the best outcome, eyelid surgery is often followed by medial epicanthoplasty in my clicnic.
Combined medial epicanthoplasty will result in more beautiful shape and natural looking.
The best way to evaluate is to see you in the office. But, if possible, please send us your photos of eye region.
